SUBSTRING function no longer works when using the SUBST abbreviation
SUBST does not work as SUBSTRING but does not generate an error
No substrings are extracted when using the SUBST function
Using SUBSTR generates the expected results
CAUSE:
SUBST is the minimum abbreviation of the SUBSTITUTE function, not the SUBSTRING function
