FIX:
NOTE: Prior to the actual installation of the Progress Service Pack shutdown all instances of Progress that are running. If all processes are not shutdown, the Service Pack will not be able to install properly.
1. Download Progress Service Pack from Progress ESD center into a temp directory or a new folder designated for downloads.
2. Create a new folder for use when unzipping the self-extracting Progress Service Pack.
3. Unzip the Progress Service Pack into the new folder.
4. Run "setup.exe" from the folder where the files where unzipped.
5. Progress will detect the proper Progress install directory and begin the installation of the service pack.
