SYMPTOM(s):
CGI application misbehaved & Error Processing commands errors when two versions of the messengers are installed
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
The above error happens when pinging the WebSpeed broker
When access WebSpeed Messenger Administration page (?WSMAdmin), clicking verify causes the following error:
VerifyConfig commands are only valid for named services.

Info - VerifyConfig&Level=0
Messenger - VerifyConfig&Level=1
Broker - VerifyConfig&Level=2
Using the following command also cause the same "Error processing command:

FACT(s) (Environment):
Both webspeed 3.1C and 3.1D messengers are installed in the same machine.
The [webserver installation drive]:\inetpub\scripts folder has the 3.1C messengers only

CHANGE:
Recently upgraded from WebSpeed 3.1C to 3.1D
CAUSE:
WebSpeed 3.1C messenger is used to access webspeed 3.1D messenger functionalities. There are some new functionalities and/or properties added to the webspeed 3.1D messengers.
FIX:
Replace the WebSpeed 3.1C messengers (cgiip.exe and wsisa.dll) with WebSpeed 3.1D messengers by copying from %DLC%\bin in the [webserver installation drive]:\Inetpub\scripts folder.
