SYMPTOM(s):
4GL: Mouse pointer over flat button disables browse events
When the mouse pointer is over a flat button, the keyboard navigation and DEFAULT-ACTION events are disabled.
Keyboard events ignored in the browse widget that has focus.
Navigation key events (cursor-up cursor-down) fail to work as expected in the browse widget that has focus.
Only the browse widget is suffering from this problem.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00101823
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later.
If upgrading to OpenEdge 10.1A or later is not feasible, then a workaround is to move the mouse pointer away from the flat buttons.
