SUMMARY:
System Error 290 can have many different causes. The following is only one specific example that Progress Technical Support was able to reproduce.
EXPLANATION:
The error appears on NetWare 3.1x with Progress Version 6.2M20 if the progress.cfg is modified. (The file reference is shown as
