SYMPTOM(s):
Blocks in database buffers ( -B ) was increased
New value for -B startup parameter not being used
-B in the log file is still the previous value
CAUSE:
4GL and SQL brokers are in use, the new value for -B was added on the second broker to start and so, ignored.
FIX:
The Blocks in database buffers ( -B ) parameter is only valid if it is defined on the primary broker.
