SYMPTOM(s):
Intermitently CGI error from messenger when using MS Firewall client
CGI messenger fails when using MS Firewall client
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:
wsisa.dll works in the same environment
Windows XP
Running multiple requests concurrently such as a frameset
The problem is not cgiip.exe crashing
The problem is that IIS 5.1 does not even start cgiip.exe, IIS will fail immediately with a 502 response, then CGI error displayed
Problem not seen with WSMAdmin URL
Problem seen when verifying name server and broker configuration with WSMAdmin tool
Can not uninstall MS firewall client
CAUSE:
MS Firewall client is blocking the Web server to start CGI messenger
FIX:
Use wsisa.dll for messenger
