GOAL:
How to access the current service pack from the Progress ESD site.
FIX:
1. Use your browser and link to www.progress.com.
2. Select The Progress Company from the listing on the left of page.
3. Select The Download Center from the grey menu at the top.
4. Select My Products from the menu on the left of the page.
5. You need to register for service packs access on this page.
6. If this is the first registration to this ESD site, your account name and password will be emailed to you.
7. Once registered for service pack access, select Software from the left side of the page or from the link on the page.
8. Select Progress Software Service Packs
9. Each incidence of this page will reflect your account. If you have multiple companies that are issue products, select the appropriate company and then the service pack selection will be available.
10. From the list of Progress product service packs, select the correct one.
11. Select the link for the service pack you wish to download.
