SYMPTOM(s):
Russian Cyrillic characters do not display correctly in combo box.
The combo box displays in iso8859-1 code pages.
Problem does not occurs with FILL-IN and BROWSE widgets.
The characters are properly displayed in OpenEdge 10.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0A and later.
