SYMPTOM(s):
LASTKEY does not return the correct value
The LASTKEY function returns the Unicode UTF-8 character value and not the value according to the codepage used by the session cpinternal or cpstream. So if you have a session set to 1251 and you press the Russian lower case 'a' character you expect the value 224 returned. But with OpenEdge 10 you get 1072.
