Insufficient memory when saving Report Builder reports

Symptom:

A user tries to save a new report in Report Builder and gets an error
message: "Insufficient Memory Local". He clicks OK and then gets a
second error message: "Insufficient Memory".

Cause:

There is a limit on the number of reports that may be saved in a given
report library. This limit is dependent on available system
resources.

Workaround:

The best workaround is to create a new report library and save new
reports to this new library. You may then move a subset of existing
reports that you want kept together into the new library.

Note: merely deleting existing reports will not reduce the size of a
report library.

It may also help to purge calculated fields that you have defined but
are not actually using in your report (Calculations -> Purge
Calculations). Additional memory may also be freed up by closing
other windows applications which are currently running. However,
these two actions may only provide a marginal benefit.
