Dynamics: Having two SDO nodes at the same treeview node level does not work
Using two or more SDO nodes under the same parent node causes that only the
SDO node that was first created is displayed
Using Dynamics 2.1A01
The node structure in the Node Maintenance looks like this:

CAUSE:

FIX:
It is necessary to add the additional text parent node for the second SDO node:
ParentNode
|- SDOnode1
|- AdditionalTextNode
|- SDOnode2
