CHANGE:
Upgrade to from Progress version 9.1D
CAUSE:
By default all custom include files from /src/adm2/custom/ do not load the custom proceures.
FIX:
Enable loading custom procedures in the custom include files.
Review/alter the main block of the custom include file.
