SYMPTOM(s):
Navigation panel on page 3 of a SmartWindow is not setting its icons properly (i.e. not maintaining the correct first
ext/last positioning)
CAUSE:
The SmartDataObject which fed the SmartDataViewer that the Navigation panel was controlling was incorrectly on page 1 of the SmartWindow
FIX:
Move the SmartDataObject to page 0 (zero)
