Starting with OpenEdge 10.0A, Progress not longer distributes the complete language/promsgs set within the core installation.
Additional language/promsgs set can be downloaded from Progress Software ESD Site directly under your OpenEdge version catalog page.
The Progress download site has been reorganized and you will now find your deployment components and service pack directly under your OpenEdge version catalog page.
