On page 2-2 of the Report Builder Deployment Guide, the example on
Generating a list of Reports there should be a period after the ?.
report = ? should be report = ?.

Also, _getname.p is not shipped with the product but the code does

not have to be changed as it will look for the _getname.p and when
it doesn't find it, it will use _getname.r which is shipped with
the product.
