No other errors occur with doing other tasks within Appbuilder
AppBuilder is set to "remote development"
Not using WebSpeed
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
In Appbuilder, change development mode from remote to local by selecting the terminal icon. When the cursor is placed over the icon, the tool tip will say "Switch to remote development". Once selected, the icon image will change and the tool tip will read "Switch to local development".
