Attempting to ping the WebSpeed broker and getting error 6019 & 5825
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Msngr: The specified service name does not exist or has a bad format (5825)
The WebSpeed Broker is set up to register with the NameServer
URL used to ping broker is:
http:/<host-name>/cgi-bin/cgiip.exe/ping
CAUSE:
The URL is wrong. Missing WService=<broker-name>.
FIX:
Use the URL similar to the following:
http://<host-name>/cgi-bin/cgiip.exe/WService=<value of appserviceNameList>/ping
