FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
NetSetup fails to install without error.
Netsetup stops after " Checking System Requirements ".
CAUSE:
The account being use to perform the NetSetup does not have write permissions to the client PCs registry. Account has insufficient privileges for the install.
FIX:
Log onto the system as a user with local administrator priveledges and then perform the netsetup.
