_printrb can not override Progress db with non-progress db
A user creates a Report Builder report which connects to a Progress
database. When he runs the report from the Report Engine, he would
like to override the Progress database saved in the report with a
non-progress database.
This is not possible using _printrb. With _printrb you can not use
the "=>" symbol and you can not specify database connection
parameters on the command line. Both of these capabilities are
required to override a Progress database with a non-progress database.
This is only possible with the table interface - _prore.
