The sorting conversion table for UTF-8 and RUSSIAN collation is not found in convmap.cp...translated from Russian.

Client on the same machine as database.
The startup.pf file for this installation is set to Russian values.
A specific .pf file used in the startup of the server resets the -cpinternal to UTF-8 but not the -cpcoll.

CAUSE:
The startup of the server used the settings in the startup.pf and their specific pf file. The specific pf file did not overwrite the Russian collation.
FIX:
Add -cpcoll basic to the specific server .pf file to overwrite the startup.pf on this server.
