Can not run Messenger Admin Utility
AllowMsngrCmds=1 is set within the ubroker.properties file
Working within a distributed configuration;
-messenger/webserver on machineA
-WebSpeed Transaction Server on machineB
CAUSE:
AllowMsngrCmds=1 is set within the ubroker.properties file of the transaction server. This setting must be set within the ubroker.properties file of the messenger/webserver, machineA.
FIX:
Add AllowMsngrCmds=1 to the ubroker.properties file on the messenger/webserver, machineA.
