CAUSE:
Bug# 20020117-003
CAUSE:
The 9.1C model was hard coded to allow reuse of a SQL-92 server up to 128 times.
FIX:
Change the way the application works (e.g. leave it connected).

Upgrade to Progress 9.1D or later.
