Fathom for Management has been stopped
CAUSE:
AdminServer has not been stopped before installation of SP and PPHelper.dll is being loaded / used by the AdminServer.
FIX:
Stop the AdminServer (it will stop Fathom automatically) and repeat installation of SP for Fathom Management.
