SYMPTOM(s):
Application fails to execute.
This version of PROGRESS does not allow compiles. (471)
CAUSE:
Product installed is Client Networking. There are no .r file to execute, just .p files.
FIX:
Compile the program .p files and transfer the .r files into the machine where the Client Networking is installed.
