Install additional language support for Progress on Windows by following these steps:
1. Close all Progress processes.
2. In the Progress program group select Add Components.
3. Select the Progress product of interest.
4. Select component button (bottom-left).
5. Check on Progress Message (PROMSGS).
6. Select the Change button (middle-right).
7. Check on those languages that you wish to add.
8. Select continue.
9. Select next.
