Fathom High Availability Replication 2.0A

SYMPTOM(s):
A schema change has been applied to the source database.
Using "dsrutil target -C monitor" to monitor target database agent.
The target database agent wait status (more specifically "Agent is waiting for") will remain as "Schema lock request" even after the schema changes have been replicated to the target database.
Target database is being updated with all changes from the source database properly.
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00101314
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0B or higher.
