SYMPTOM(s):
runAttributes Fails on Web When Value is Set in Dynamic Properties
If the RunAttribute property is set for an sdo in the Dynamic Properties
sheet then the getRunAttributes call returns the correct value in GUI but
in Web UI, no value is returned.

A workaround is to use the setRunAttributes in the code, eg. in initializeObjects, as this does work in the web.
