FACT(s) (Environment):
Fathom High Availability Replication 2.0A
SYMPTOM(s):
BROKER 0: Access to database targetdb not allowed. The database is enabled for site replication but either replication is not running, or this process is not authorised to open a replication enabled database. (10356)
Above error 10356 on "proserve targetdb"
Fathom Replication cannot open database targetdb. Status = -138
Above error on "dsrutil targetdb -C transition Agent"
CAUSE:
The Fathom Replication agent has not detected a problem on the source database and it has not gone into failure processing.
FIX:
Run
proutil targetdb -C disablesitereplication target
prior to the "proserve targetdb" command
