Prior to starting a database server on the target database (with, for example, "proserve targetdb -B 10000 -S 6666") you will need to run either
. dsrutil targetdb -C transition Agent
or
. proutil targetdb -C disableSiteReplication target
in case of Fathom Replication agent not having gone into failure processing
