How OS/2 Progress spawns servers

Assume OS/2 _mprosrv -Mi 2 (min clients per server) -Mn 5 (max
servers) -n 30 (number of users). This will also force a max of 6
clients per server. Then log in one user at a time. The first TWO will
go to Server1 (ie: max clients = 2). The next two will go to Server2.
The next two to Server3... up to Server5. Then, since all users have
met the required minimum two servers, the next ONE user logged in will
go to Server1, the next one to Server2, the next one to Server3.... up
to Server5 at which time if more users are logged in they begin over
with Server1, then 2, 3, 4, 5,... for each ONE logged in.
To continue, now assume that all users have finished logging in and
we ended up at Server4. Then Dan logs out of Server2 leaving an open
slot. The next user to log in will fill any slots made open before
filling new slots on additional servers. In other words, if Pieter
thens logs in, he will take Dan's slot on Server2. If Jeff then logs
in, he will go to Server5 (since we left off at Server4 and all slots
are taken). If Doug then logs in, he will go to Server1, and on and
on and on....
