Cannot type extended characters in WinChar TTY character client using Client Networking license
CAUSE:
Typical installation does not include support for Extended characters under CHUI mode - prokey32.dll and prokey32.XX are not installed.
FIX:
Reinstall your Client Networking using Complete installation and then follow steps in P12480 .
Alternatively your can copy %DLC%/bin/prokey32.dll and prokey32.XX from %DLC%/prokey32 directory from another installation (having these files present) and follow the solution P12480 mentioned above.
