CAUSE:
With Read committed isolation level the duration of the share lock varies,When the amount of data to retrieve is huge, Progress waits till the transaction is finished to release the lock by deleting it from the pub.tlock table, but if the transaction takes very long the lock couldn't be in the pub.tlock table and show that error, the lock has been
FIX:
Either change the isolation level to READ UNCOMMITTED, REPEATABLE READ OR SERIALIZABLE ,or Perform a Modification in MS Access, by subdividing
in packets the data to transfer,the transaction will take less time to be committed and it could delete the lock correctly.
