SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics: Error 4077 when running a created ADM2 Static SmartWindow or when changing its pages in a Dynamics environment.
** Unable to query attribute MOVE-AFTER-TAB-ITEM for FRAME Panel-Frame. (4077).

CHANGE:
Static SmartWindow created in ADM2 and migrated to Dynamics
CAUSE:
The SmartToolbar was dropped outside the Main Frame.
CAUSE:
Dynamics creates the TAB-ORDER dynamically in runtime, causing the error 4077.
FIX:
Delete the SmartToolbar and drop a new SmartToolbar over the Main Frame
