1095 errors on Sequent can be caused by changing system time
If the system time is changed on a Sequent machine, it can cause the
error:
Could not increase file descriptor table by <#fd>. <actual #> added.
(1095)
Rebooting the machine after changing the system time will make the
problem disappear.
