Progress won't start after editing the PROPATH on Windows.

CAUSE:
Progress is not able to walk the PROPATH, so it is unable to obtain the necessary programs to run.
FIX:
Change the PROPATH back to the original by editing the appropriate windows registry key, using "regedit" from a Windows Command Prompt.
The key that you need to change is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/PSC/PROGRESS/91D/Startup/PROPATH
