Kbase 16508: unable to use Roundtable Object Compile Parameters

unable to use Roundtable Object Compile Parameters

There is an installation bug which causes a user to be unable to enter
valid Object Compile Parameters (such as STREAM-IO, LISTING, etc.)
into the box under the Config tab for a Pcode object. Roundtable will
give the error "Compile parameter syntax is not correct" when the user
clicks Check Now or clicks OK. This bug is fixed in Roundtable 8.1.

This bug is caused by the file Rtb_null.p. It is created in an
incorrect location by the install routine. This file needs to be
moved from DLC/Src/Rtb/Rtb/P to the correct location: DLC/gui/rtb/p.
This file contains only an empty comment (/* */), but must exist in
Dlc/gui/rtb/p for Object Compile Parameters to work.
