CHUI: Window fired from a LEAVE fill-in trigger is moved behind the main window
CAUSE:
RETURN NO-APPLY statement at the end of the LEAVE trigger causes to the focus come back to the main window hiding the second window
FIX:
Do not use the RETURN NO-APPLY statement in the LEAVE trigger
