SYMPTOM(s):
ActiveX object Microsoft.XMLHTTP fails to post an XML request when page in IE is coming through IIS
ActiveX object Microsoft.XMLHTTP if HTML page is coming in IE from a local file
CAUSE:
This is not a Progress/Webspeed related issue.
FIX:
Please contact Microsoft Technical Support for resolution.
