Completing Fathom uninstall. Removing FathomTrendDatabase configuration from database property file.
Exception at Thu Feb 12 10:35:54 PST 2004: com.progress.common.property.PropertyManager$SaveIOException
Message (excp): Output error writing property file, java.io.FileNotFoundException: l:\dlc91d\properties\conmgr.properties (Access is denied). (PRPMsg016)
The Fathom Trend Database no longer appears in Progress Explorer.

CHANGE:
Customer started restricting file and directory permissions.
CAUSE:
The adminserver process needs to be able to write to the conmgr.properties file.
FIX:
Make sure the $DLC/properties/conmgr.properties file can be written to.
