Progress Software does not explicitly certify IBM AIX MUP levels. The reason Progress Software jumped from MUP 2 to MUP 10 for AIX 4.3.3 was support of the latest JVM release (1.3.1). Ordinarily operating system maintenance packages are backward compatible and fully supported by the operating system vendor. Thus, Progress 9.1D should operate without problems using IBM AIX 4.3.3 MUP 11.
