Is there a way to have the Service Pack installed so that it affects one sets of application but not the other sets running on one machine?

FIX:
No, it is not possible in one installation of 9.1D. Need to have two separate installation of 9.1D in one machine(UNIX), which also is not possible in Windows machine.
