SYMPTOM(s):
Can not start webspeed broker
Errors in broker log file
Could not listen on port: 3090 (8044)
java.net.BindException: Address already in use
Tried port 3055 and 3066, both generated same errors
Database running on the same machine
Dynamic port range for database is 3000 - 5000 (min/max port)
CAUSE:
The database dynamic server port is 3000-5000, database remote server could be spawned dynamically between these ports, it is possible that both the port 3055 and 3066 are occupied by database servers.
FIX:
Start webspeed broker on a port outside 3000 - 5000, for example, 5010.
