Error occurred while accessing component property/method: open.
'c:\\excelexport_XXXXXX.dmp' could not be found.
Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct.
-T parameter is a root drive path and not a directory. For example, "C:\".

Upgrade to 10.0B
A workaround for this issue is to make sure that the session's -T is set to a directory and not a root drive.
