ODBC Test Connection fails.
[DataDirect][ODBC PROGRESS driver][Progress]Error in Network Daemon.
Database is started via ProControl.
Secondary Broker is set to start Automatically.
Secondary Broker has a status a Started.
Database is set to start first then the Secondary Broker.
The Progress log file does not show a secondary broker being started.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Configure Progress Explorer to start the databases.
