SYMPTOM(s):
Remote user unable to connect to database.
** Could not connect to server for database <DATABASE>, errno <ERRNO>. (1432)
Telnet test time out with unable to make a connection.
Ping test errors with user does not have privileges.
CAUSE:
XP machine was running with Personal Firewall enabled.
FIX:
Disable Personal Firewall on the XP machine.
