Error <file>.rul is not a valid parameter
Trying to run dinst the <file>.rul file is not being accepted
CAUSE:
The service pack installed does not contain all the necesary fixes to implement PeerDirect replication
FIX:
Install the latest 9.1D Service Pack available (greater than SP7)
