SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder report crashes with no errors.
Report Builder installed via NetSetup
local installation of Report Builder works without errors
CAUSE:
Cause has not been absolutely determined.
It is likely that permissions of the user to interact with the remote files had been changed.
FIX:
Verify file permissions and rights to the remotely installed directories containing the Report Builder executables and reports.
If permissions look correct (read and execute to the Progress installation -- read to the Report Builder reports) it will be necessary to uninstall the NetSetup version of Progress from the client machine then install Report Builder locally (usually also requires Client Networking).
