procopy -s, should be -silent for version 7 and 8

In version 6, if you wished to suppress the display of work-in-
progress messages during a procopy you added the -s parameter (or
/SILENT for VMS).
This no longer works for version 7 or 8.
The correct syntax is ->
procopy dbname newdbname -silent
This is different then the documentation for version 7 and 8, which
still list the -s parameter in the System Adminstration Reference.
Documentation has been notified of this difference.
