ORACLE error see "ORACLE Error Messages and Codes Manual". (1252)
ORACLE error-20 see "ORACLE Error Messages and Codes Manual". (1252)
Failed to connect to ORACLE database . (1451)
After a few users log off, others are able to log on without error.
CAUSE:
The maximum number of ORACLE processes have been exceeded.
All process state objects are in use.
FIX:
Increase the value of the ORACLE PROCESSES initialization parameter.
